Shaunae Miller wins women's 400m with dramatic dive at finish line

Shaunae Miller of Bahamas won the first Olympic gold medal of her career after holding off the field in the women's 400m with a dive at the finish line
Allyson Felix took home her seventh Olympic medal with a silver, while Shericka Jackson of Jamaica finished with a bronze.

Miller got out to a big lead over the first 300 meters, holding on down the stretch as the experienced Felix charged over the final 100. Miller's dive secured a personal-best time of 49.44 seconds, while Felix finished at 49.51.

With her silver, Felix became the most decorated female track athlete in U.S. history, surpassing Jackie Joyner-Kersee with her first medal in the 400
